What to expect during your visit
When you arrive, a flooring consultant will ask a few quick questions to understand your project:
- Which material interests you — vinyl plank, hardwood, or laminate?
- What flooring features matter most to you?
- What colors do you prefer?
- What's your budget for materials?
- Which areas of your property are you updating?
From there, they'll show you options that fit your needs, check availability and pricing, and help you take home samples to test. Most materials are in stock and ready to order.
💳 Pay by cash, personal check, cashier's check, debit, or credit card. If you're buying materials only and paying by personal check, we release the flooring once the check clears.
💡 Pro tip: Always take free samples home. Place them near your walls, furniture, and countertops and view them at different times of day — the same floor can look very different depending on lighting, angle, and room.
💡 Pro tip: When you order, don't forget the accessories — baseboards, stair noses, T-moldings, end caps, and underlayment.

Pickup: We need 24 hours to prepare your order. Because products are stored at our Waipio warehouse, our team confirms the pickup address and time after payment (by appointment only).

Free delivery over $5,000: Material orders over $5,000 ship free on Oahu. Orders under $5,000 have a delivery fee — contact our sales team for pricing.

Curbside: We unload as close to your property as the vehicle can safely park. We don't carry flooring inside the home.
